Everything was great place look very pretty the group dance there are amazing I can’t wait to go back
The nice beach, the trees, the sun, the view and I won't forget the food which was so so soooo good.
The check in services... Too slow. They need a serious upgrade.
I love the front desk clerk Sandra Joseph she was extremely plessant to talk to..
The food was not good this go around. The quality of the food downgraded from the previous years. They served us basically the same food for 3 days. The food was stail n old.
Beautiful surroundings and felt very secure, bargain for price
They need more staff beyond front desk who speak English. Esp in server staff
Great property, service OK
Rooms were comfortable. Massage at spa was great! Property is really nice with beautiful ocean views. The night shows were entertaining- great dancers! Bartenders were friendly and made strong drinks! Dessert was delicious!
Food was mediocre- doesn't taste fresh and food was never hot. Some staff were rude; noone really smiled or asked "how can we help you?" I lost my phone and asked for help and the girl snapped at me and pointed to the front desk. I told her, "Don't you know it's rude to snap at people?" Its too bad cause the hotel has potential and their are some good staff members... but I'd say 80% of them need more guest relations training. I went with 6 girls and we all agreed that we wouldn't return mainly due to service.
