Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the exceptional service, with staff frequently described as attentive, helpful, and going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The daily delivery of fresh croissants and generous breakfast hampers were standout highlights, adding a special touch to the mornings. The tranquil, beautiful rainforest location was repeatedly mentioned as perfect for relaxation and privacy. While most guests found the beds comfortable, a few noted they were too soft or not firm enough. The main negative mentioned was the lack of reliable WiFi, which may be an issue for those needing connectivity. Overall, guests felt the experience was luxurious, relaxing, and exceeded expectations.
