Cons (-) Bathroom was dirty...dust on the pictures...cigarette smoke from other guest's room filtered into my room.
Pros (+) It was relatively quiet and things appeared to be clean.
Cons (-) The hallway smelled a bit like smoke and the breakfast was okay at best. Note that all the first floor rooms have BOTH interior and exterior doors.
