Very clean and well managed. Good location between the Pleney and Supermorzine lifts, about 6 mins walk to each. Great breakfasts and good evening meal option. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast was simple but lots of choice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had very little interaction with the staff mainly because we didn't have any issues during our stay. In normal shoes, it's a short walk to the Pleney lift but it is up a steep hill so it's a bit of a killer with skis and boots. We hired from the Pleney Ski Shop which is right by the lift and you can leave skis & boots over night which saves an uncomfortable walk
The sauna is a little small - any more than 4 people would be a little too close for comfort
Very helpful, friendly, and welcoming family run hotel. Room was well appointed and inkeeping with the chalet style of the region. Very clean and with good amenities, Free parking a bonus. Swimming pool and sauna also a big bonus - for skiiers and non-skiiers. A nice quiet environment for couples and families. Buffet breakfast was good but not exceptional. We didn;t dine there in the evening so cannot comment.
The shower in the bathroom was brilliant and spacious, but there was no bath.
Location, facilities and newly refurbished rooms. Also liked the breakfasts and the ability to use the gym
The staff were friendly and very helpful with any questions and amendments to my booking. The location was ideal, well situated to the town to walk and the hotel facilities swimming pool and sauna fantastic after a days skiing.
The walls were a little thin. Sound travelled sometimes
