Maxima Irbis Hotel

This hotel is located in a quiet, residential area. The hotel is very close to important transport links: two subway stations (Okruzhnaya and the other one I don't remember name of) are both within 5-10 minutes walking distance. When you are heading towards Sheremetyevo airport the Aero Express stops not far from Okruzhnaya underground station, which is extremely convinient. Nearest shopping mall/ supermarket is close too. The hotel has a nice restaurant with reasonable prices. There is a conference room and you don't have to worry when you get hungry since the restaurant is few steps away. I liked their menu, which included Russian cuisine and tried quite a few dishes and liked almost all of them. Peparing of the food never took too long, even for many people. Overall staying at this hotel gets you a good value for the money. The stuff were friendly and caring.

The view was not impressive and it did not depend on room location. Althought the area is quiet and cosy it is very boring, there is nothing to see or do. You have to go somewhere else to get entertained. I didn't have a kettle in my room and hence no tea/coffee bags either, just a couple of mugs. There were no schampo sample in the bathroom. If you go to the breakfast location before 9 a.m. be sure to find it overcrowded by chinese tourists who are making a lot of noise.

The breakfast room is too small for the number of people coming.
