Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Room was crammed. I had booked a double room but somehow only got one bed for 3 of us. I was extremely disappointed. Not sure if this is Kayaks fault or theirs.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport, restaurants, and major attractions. Cleanliness is also highlighted, with many reviewers describing the rooms as clean and well-maintained. However, noise from the nearby tram and street is a consistent complaint, with many finding it difficult to sleep, even in rooms facing the courtyard. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are noted as unfriendly or unwelcoming. Breakfast is generally considered adequate but basic, with some guests wishing for more variety or gluten-free options.AI-generated from customer reviews
