Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near ski lifts and local attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who often went above and beyond, including providing transport and accommodating special requests. Many found the breakfast to be varied and delicious, with both Western and Japanese options. While the hotel is older and some facilities show their age, most guests appreciated the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. A few noted minor issues such as thin walls, dated decor, or occasional maintenance needs, but these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
