The service by front desk staff was good. The breakfast which provided Okinawan food was excellent. One person especially in the buffet breakfast area (sorry forgot to get his name) was very nice and welcoming. We were there for 6 days and each day had several things which were different. We noticed that the food was healthy and not overly salted or greasy so did not hesitate to partake of everything. What a wonderful start to our day. Although hotel was located at one end of Kokusai Dori it was a block off the main street and had a big modern department store called Ryu Bo across the street and there were several Family Marts in the area. Walking the length of Kokusai Dori once may be enough as all the stores sell the same thing. The hotel was a short distance from the main gift shop on Kokusai Dori so made shopping easy. It was easy to get taxi cabs which were reasonable enough and they did not have to maneuver the main street which had a lot of traffic and would have cost more in cab fare as you would be sitting in traffic.
The rooms we had in the beginning were old and outdated but clean and could use extensive refurbishing but price wise could not be beat especially since the breakfast was included. On the last day we were put into a room which had windows facing the street and was huge - twin beds and a tatami floor area which we wish we could have had for the whole visit. If we visit again we would only stay here if we could get this room or something similar.
very close to rail transit, breakfast is good
aging style hotel, small room and a little bit dirty
Service, location and the food is great. Everyone who assisted was very accommodating and helpful. The location is excellent since it is close to the taxi, rail and bus stations. Even when it rained, it was close enough to all the places I needed to go to and not to get soaked! Umbrellas were also provided which was a big relief.
