The hotel was very clean and seemed brand new. Had a very luxurious feel. The pool facilities were great fun and the onsen as expected.
The website didn't have much information on the pool; two of our party didn't have swimsuits; they were able to rent for a small fee. The pool could have been better promoted, as it was great fun.

Beautiful location. Near a lovely lake, in the countryside surrounded by mountains. Excellent spa/swimming pool. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Meals in the restaurant were quite pricey. They did accommodate our vegetarian diet by a special meal. No nearby restaurants or cafes.

The restaurant is a must to try, French cuisine with local ingredients, value for money. The indoor pool is a bonus, in additional to the onsen.

I stay at this hotel on 6 May 2018. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. I think she might be a trainee, but she try here best to communicate with us and introduce the facilities. She gave us a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We are appreciated of her effort.
