Pros:Rooms were clean and bright, great bed
Pros:Clean. Friendly staff. No free breakfast but the offerings at the cafe downstairs were very nice and fairly priced. Close to airport.
Pros:My grandchildren and I were very impressed with all of the staff that we had direct contact with, and our rooms showed us that the service staff also did and excellent job.

Pros:I was very impressed with the good attitude of the attendant when I arrived. She was extremely helpful when telling me about the things to do in Nashville.Excellent customer service is all I can say. I cannot remember her name unfortunately but she did an outstanding job.
