Pros: Customer service was exceptional! Clean hotel & comfy room. Good breakfast. Great staff and management. Nicole is absolutely FANTASTIC! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. During breakfast, staff is so attentive!

Cons: my room was at the end of the hallway. I kept hearing buzzing/humming from a pipe or something. I called front desk in the middle of the night. they never once reached out to me the next day to move my room. Our television did not work at all.

Pros: I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and our 5 year old daughter. We had the king room with the sofa bed. the room was very updated, and nice. Great breakfast selection in the morning including pancakes, eggs, etc. Close to shopping and Zoo/SeaWorld.
Pros: The man who checked us in was super welcoming and made my daughter feel very special.
Cons: The breakfast area needed some work. And the cheese on the eggs was american cheese which is a crime against humanity.
