Pros: Our housekeeping person was great. Staff were very courteous. Love this tucked away place!
Cons: We had a wonderful Garden view room however, we did not have a telephone in our room so each time we needed help from the front desk we had to use our cellphone. We had an electric kettle and teacups and spoons in our room but no form of teabags or tea stuff to make the tea.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Large room great bed prime beach location
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The location is great. Right on the beach. And the resort is smaller than most of the neighbouring resorts which makes for a nicer more personal and less crowded experience. The dining area is outdoors on the beachfront. One of my favourite parts of the day was waking up and eating breakfast and looking at the sea. Prices for breakfast reasonable. For $7.50 you could order a filling breakfast. We ate one lunch there and found the portions to be a little small, but the quality was excellent. On arrival we were given new water bottles which we could have filled with filtered water to take with us to the beach. This was a nice touch. Towels were provided for the beach and the hotel sun loungers were very comfortable. The room was well maintained and very clean. The gardens are well maintained and beautiful.
Cons: Breakfast not being included in the room rate. They should have this an as option. There were a number of air-conditioning units right below the window behind our bed and on the wall of the neighbouring building. At times it sounded quite loud.
Okay 5.8
Pros: The location
Cons: When I booked I saw the room with kitchen and I was in a room without it. I’m attaching the photo. Tv didn’t work and the rate didn’t include breakfast ( I knew that) however I’ve stayed in different hotels on the seven mile beach cheaper, with more amenities and they include breakfast.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The beach was absolutely incredible. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the drinks were delicious. The rooms were lovely and I loved the bath robes! Also there were sweet kitties that slept on our porch and asked for pets :)
Cons: Our room (104) did not feel very private. The windows are slatted, and you can hear everything going on outside or inside the room. The patio is also open to the sidewalk so we didn't have privacy sitting there either. The addition of some curtains on the side facing the sidewalk would have helped. I would get a 2nd story room if I stayed there again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Food is always fabulous . Location. Everyone Staff and guest very friendly like family
Cons: panhandlers
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The room was spacious and so cute!. Great Bar and food and Tito’s was $4
Cons: The suite only had central air in the bedroom so to cool the whole place we had to leave the bedroom doors open and the WiFi worked primarily on the balcony
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed in the one bedroom villa with the garden view and it was heavenly. It was steps away from the beach and the restaurant, which was very convenient and also very quiet. This property is nice and small, but you are in the middle of everything on 7 Mile Beach. The accommodations are beautiful and they have provided every convenience. The kitchen is well stocked and it was nice having a full size fridge, with a freezer for ice, a microwave for left overs and a hot water kettle for afternoon tea. There is also a french press in the room for coffee. The bed was very comfortable and they had a nice assortment of pillows ranging in size and firmness for our comfort. The restaurant was great for breakfast each morning. We did wander down the beach to try different places for dinner each night. Charela Inn is next door and they have excellent live entertainment a few nights a week, which stops around 10pm. The staff were all so nice and accommodating and they treat you like a new friend. The beach is beautiful and cozy, lots of shade. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: The only thing missing was a towel rack to hang our wet bathing suits and towels outside. There is so much shade here (which is wonderful) but our wet stuff did not dry very well on the patio.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The beach was very clean and the food quite decent.
Cons: Dark, damp, loud rooms with absolutely no privacy since the windows only consisted of wooden shutter (no glass) and you could hear everyone and everyone could hear you... at night the proximity to the road made me feel as though we were staying in a road Motel. It was also full of mosquitoes, that bit me every night despite drenching myself with repellent. If only our bed had had a mosquito net! To top everything off, some of the staff at the restaurant is clearly unqualified, bad- tempered and bold to costumers. They’d start arguing with me when I politely pointed out that they had brought me something different to what I ordered, which is totally unacceptable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Paradise on earth ! Staff is amazing and location is ideal.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous location. Special Jamaican Staff. Great front desk and housekeepers, in particular. Amazing breakfast. Best beach in Negril.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The beach is outside of your room.
Cons: I a long time returning guests there are no appreciations for my business
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location. Garden, Breakfast: perfect. Snacks at Beach-Bar: good. All staff-members (without any single exception) were friendly and competent.
Cons: Curtains far to 'thin'. We woke up quite early every day. Drinks at the Bar partly over-priced and partly to 'weak' (rum-punch was more ice than rum and punch).
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Second time staying at coco la palm
Cons: WiFi needs to be 100000 percent better.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location was excellent and the continental breakfast was good , with the option to upgrade breakfast instead and take 5.00 dollars off.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything: rooms, pools, gardens, food at restaurant and most importantly the staff! We've been coming back for 3 years now and it is getting better and better with beautiful renovations completed.
Cons: Wifi was very weak in our room, but just steps outside it was fine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was amazing pools were clean beach was beautiful and staff was exceptionally professional, I will stay here again and again. They made my first trip here very rememberable
Excellent 8.3
Pros: All other amenities are good. New menu specials would be nice for extended stay guests. Fish tacos would work nicely.
Cons: Air conditioner in room 846 needs to be checked for mold and cleaned.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great, staff very friendly and food was good
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Loved how convenient hospitality was and the beach space was perfect. The food was phenomenal! Staff was always friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Our bed was rather firm which made it a somewhat restless sleep. Also the hallway tended to be loud and echoey late at night from other customers.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked everything actually. Its right on the beach. The beach was less than a 1 min walk from my room and within walking distance to other hotels, bars and restaurants along the beach. The food at the restaurant was great. Room was very comfortable and clean. I loved my garden view King room. The trees are beautiful, especially at night. I was steps away from the hot tub and pool. I felt like I get more of a real authentic Jamaican vibe and experience here rather than the huge somewhat Americanized all inclusive resorts.I would love to stay here whenever Im in Jamaica.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean hotel. Food was great. Loved everything about this hotel.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Just returned from a visit 4/1-4/6/17 and were thoroughly impressed with the resort. Food was way better than other resorts, and the grounds are spread out enough that it never felt crowded. Always was able to find a beach chair in the shade, even when we got to the beach at 11 am. Always found a seat at one of the bars, hardly waited for drinks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had the atrium suite and didn't miss the tv at all. Beach is raked every night and the grounds are meticulously kept. Already planning to go back!
Cons: Food at the cabana and sea grape took a little long to get. I can't even believe I'm complaining about this.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Nothing !!!
Cons: This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed !! The conditions were horrible!! I need a refund ! I had to strip naked in front of the rooms for the message on the beach while people begged me for money !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was our second trip to Couples Swept Away. It was a great resort. The clientele was younger this time which is good. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an adults only all inclusive.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The location of the property was one of the saving graces of this hotel. As well as the smile and services of Chef Erica and Masseuse Miss Joy and Shane in Patois Patio and Stacey Ann. The beach was magnificent. Very close to Margaritaville and the local shops and church.
Cons: There are quite a lot we did not like. Firstly, this was the most lacking “all inclusive” we have ever stayed in. The food for the most part was sub par. The drinks were minimal. We waited 2 days in our short stay to get our bar stocked. Front desk staff DID NOT explain anything to us upon check-in as first time guests and as a result we had missed out on so many activities. Majority of the staff were unpleasant and unprofessional. For the price we paid, we regretted staying there and should have stayed at Sandals instead. The buffet is not a buffet everyday and the spread is severely lacking. The activities are sparse. The crowd that stay are also quite boring. Overall very very disappointed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All the Staff is so helpful and happy. Everything is included and I mean everything. Best beach ever.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The food and the staff was amazing.
Cons: Well there were roaches in my room , the whole time I was there . They sprayed my room with bug spray for two days straight and the smell was horrific...it gave me a headache, they offer to move us but we was with a group and didn’t want to be far away , I’m really disappointed because I couldn’t sleep good thinking about the many bugs that were in my room and the tiles in the bathrooms should be cleaned thoroughly because the dark spots and bugs just caused my trip to be awful
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The Atrium suite was fantastic with very close access to the beach. The views were gorgeous. The activities in the Water Sports area was awesome. The staff were so friendly and helped us navigate different sports very well. Total value for money will be back again for sure :)
Cons: The reception could have been better. The experience was not so good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome entertainment committee headed by Carlos and his crew-Richard, Matthew, Adam, Alexis, Shanice and Antoinette. Played volleyball everyday catamaran sunset cruises and piano bar and dancing the night away everyday. Came home refreshed!
Cons: Food was so-so. Breakfast buffet at The Palms smelled ok but never tasted good. Best meals were at Feathers and Lemongrass-shrimp pad Thai was my favorite, however it was not spicy at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything!!! In love with the resort, staff and location.
Cons: I only wanted more jamaican food!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the staff was friendly, amazing and attentive. never had an empty cup or even to request things that were needed. great people great food fun activities.
Cons: none
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything in this hotel is perfect!!We will be back for sure!I highly recommend!!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great location and food.
Cons: Drinks at daytime bars are watered down.

Pros: Overall it was a good stay. Issues first day with not enough buffet breakfast available, but staff made sure we had good supplies on second day - which should be the case with buffet offers. Staff were friendly and bedrooms were clean.
Cons: Would be great to have couple bottles of complimentary water in room each day Also missing was a bit of atmosphere at the bar area which you would normally expect at a resort / hotel.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Clean room, comfy bed and AC cool. Love it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and quaint. Homey feeling. Staff was SUPERB!! Any time I come to Negril and need a hotel I will be staying here!!!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I love the fact I requested the honeymoon suit and it was set up perfectly. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Even though we didn't want to be disturbed lol we got our fresh towels etc just the same. We would definitely return. Oh! Breakfast was great in the mornings.....options to choose from. I love that the beach is just across the road and upon returning to the hotel you have the security to assist you with crossing the road, we were amazed by that
Cons: All was good for us. Just a recommendation: I realized that some of the gazebos need maintaining and the sign on the outside could be a bit bigger people might pass it and not knowing. We had to look careful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The food, the room service, the honeymoon suite was beautiful, staff were great. Especially the housekeeper
Cons: Pool was dirty
Good 7.9
Pros: The staffs were nice especially the kitchen n housekeepers. Breakfast was nice different choices on menu ea h mornings
Cons: That the rooms weren't side by aide but close enough
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Kids had a few issues staff went above and beyond to resolve all issues. Hotel owner is amazing and ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. Excellent experience from check in to check out. Security staff thank you for assisting us to get to the beach.
Cons: jacuzzi was out of order but the swimming pool was nice and clean.
Good 7.5
Pros: The breakfast & location were great. The staffs were pleasant and helpful and my family and I enjoyed ourselves whilst there.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Lovely hotel, just across the road from the 7 mile beach, tucked away amongst the trees. Quiet and comfortable room with a fantastic breakfast. We received complimentary beer and water on arrival and there were even robes in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I visited the hotel on the quiet time so I didn’t see many guests. The beach was right across the road and was assisted by staff, lovely 7 mile beach to swim and walk. The breakfast & importantly the coffee was excellent . Safe place.
Cons: Dark furniture, but functional
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Welcome basket in the room; fresh beach towels readily available; clean and tidy room; set up provides opportunities to interact with other guests; local breakfast option.

Pros: Location and breakfast

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very pleasant
Cons: Your quote for the place was around $90.00 but when we got there the price was $158.00 and were told that Expedia only has the right price
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Loved the staff, the room, breakfast, beach, watersports, location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Treehouse resort has it all! I would surely stay there again. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts full of options/ jamaican dishes, a very comfortable (albeit small) well-equipped room- and to my delight- an outdoor rope chair for each room. The bed was quite cozy and the room A/C as frigid as you'd want to make it! I thought I would be disappointed with a "garden view" room opposed to ocean view- but the garden and grounds are so lovely and well kept, it was like being in the jungle right next to the beach! I especially loved waking up to groomed sand and well-kept beach loungers that are set out each morning. The staff were friendly and not overbearing, however it is diffucult sometimes to know who actually works there vs. who "says" they work there...
Cons: I am not a well seasoned international traveler, with this being my first trip out of the US. Admittedly, it took me many days to acclimate to the Jamaican way of "sales". I am used to approaching someone/a business for a service when I'm interested in it, but here, as with all other places I visited in Negril, the service providers chronically approached me and I needed to interact and politely decline, each day. This went for taxi, massage services, the restaurant, the gift shop, etc.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to accommodate your needs. The cottages are located right on the beautiful stretch of Negril’s 7 miles of white sandy beaches. O’Brien, Wadesworth and Stacey made my experience at the Tree house Negril very special!
Cons: Could not find anything to dislike
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were very clean. The location of the property, right on the beach and the integration of the cottages with nature.
Cons: I cannot find anything that I did not like.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Amazing beach, great free breakfast, staff was amazing. Our room had a fridge/stove/microwave (many don't) and that was great. Big room, comfy bed, giant shower.
Cons: To get the (excellent) free breakfast and beach towels/lounge chairs, you have to wear an armband your whole stay - which makes you stand out as a tourist if you like venturing to town or off the beaten path. I felt like this made us a bigger target for locals who want to hassle you/sell you something/ask for money. So there's certainly a big trade off there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The property was located centrally along 7mile beach and had a good restaurant, beach bar and available water sports. Very friendly staff - including Mike the water sport guy and Tevin, the bartender.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the layout of the property. I especially loved the room. The ceiling was beautiful. Everything about the room was amazing. The bathroom was exceptional. Also, upon checkout, I forgot a pair of my sandals, the maid immediately contacted the front desk, someone ran out to our car to let us know. I really really appreciated that.
Cons: The was nothing I did not like about our stay here. I loved this resort and will stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had our wedding there and did a spectacular job. We plan on going back on our Anniversary
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bed done everyday ms norms house keeper made it special water sports amazing jerk chicken exceptional rasta chef at nights had a boom sauce 10/10
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The place is clean and lovely The garden is lovely and real nature friendly The staff is excellent
Cons: The security at the gate need to be more customer friendly. The bikers at the gate need to be talked to

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We LOVED staying at a boutique hotel instead of a mega resort. We actually got to know several of the people staying at the hotel. The location is perfect, you're steps from the beach and plenty of restaurants, the water is calm and clear as could be, and the staff was friendly.
Cons: If you have a hard time with being approached by people selling their wares, Negril is not the place to be. Nobody got too pushy, they're just trying to make a living, but it does get old. We were probably asked to buy marijuana 10 times a day. We felt completely safe, but were told not to walk the beach at night.
Good 6.5
Pros: the location was great! Right on the beach in the heart of Negril's 7-mile beach. There is a place to rent bikes/scooters right across the street and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: unfortunately, the staff was really bad. Very poor customer service, not friendly, and at times down-right rude. It really detracted from our stay and we would not return to this resort as a result. We would try one of the dozens of other hotels nearby, which are comparable in cost.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly. Dinner at bongos was fantastic.
Cons: Being charged five dollars for more coffee.French Press coffee is nice but would prefer a self serve coffee station.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The peace and quiet. The cleanliness..the chic elegance. THE STAFF, especially "POPS"..he is the customer service guy...I love the fact that the owner is on site ..she mingles with her guests and listens to your praises and concerns.Kudos!!
Cons: The menus. Choices are limited..the hot tub is not accessible to the older clientele..but its was great while in it! Getting out of the hot tub was a chore.. the area around the pool is hard on the knee when stepping of the concrete to the ground ..its too high.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Friendly staff, well maintained grounds.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff is amazing. Rooms are very clean. Food and drinks are great. Enough beach areas to hang out: lounge chairs and day beds. Security was great having on the beach. Great location, can walk to great food and convenient store.
Good 7.5
Pros: The jamaican breakfast and other extras were great but only the continental breakfast was free. Worth paying! They were very accommodating with arranging taxis or different arrival times and the security staff on the gate were very helpful. The location is right on the strip and the food across the road ‘best in the west’ was lovely and great value
Cons: The rooms could have been bigger considering it was for 2 adults and a teenager. The convenience store in the hotel is small but has the basics
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Small hotel on the beach with a great staff
Cons: A pair of sandals were taken outside our door the second night
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff, location
Cons: Shower’s water was not warm enough
Okay 5.4
Pros: The location and the beach
Cons: The staff is always asking for tips and you don’t provide a good one you don’t get good service
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Relatively new property. Modern amenities. Large room. Big balcony. Renovated. Great beach bar Restaurant was great! Personalized welcome. Great location on 7 mile.
Cons: Room could use more cleaning (floorboards and walls in our room needed a bit of love). Still not nearly as bad as other properties we've stayed in Negril. However, as a "luxury boutique" a few cleanliness matters should be addressed (at least for room 232.) "Oceanview" was just a partial view of the ocean. This could be better explained in the description. I booked "superior oceanview" not "superior *partial* oceanview."
Good 7.9
Pros: Food good value for money.
Cons: No service on beach from bar unless i went up to order, and doing that i felt like i was a pain. Staff were having a great ol' time having thier own party at the back side of the bar.

Pros: staff staff staff beach grounds. staff should be treated better by management they are the heart and lung of your resort .everyone gave us a genuine smile this is the reason guests return year after year. i am not demanding but beds could be more comfortable. i will return just to see all the help again front desk security bartenders gardeners housekeeping servers they all should be rewarded.
Cons: beds are a little hard for me but might be ok for some
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Comfortable bed, lovely grounds, friendly staff, white sand beach, warm, aqua waters. Room with a view of the ocean. Sunsets were gorgeous every night (we even saw the “green flash” twice!). Delicious jerk chicken at close by restaurants. The Cliff’s are 15 to 20 minutes away. Many beautiful views, bars and excellent restaurants, such as the Rock House, Push Cart and Catch a Rising Star. The bartenders, DelRoy and Ritchie, were attentive and engaging. Music from neighboring bar was fun to listen to on the beach during the day. They have a security man who stops traffic and watches us safely across the street. That is helpful since Jamaicans drive on the opposite side of the road then we do.
Cons: The breakfast eggs were over done. Music from neighboring bar kept me up. They charge a nominal fee for the safe key. I would expect it to come with the room. The towels are small and thin.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location (make sure to be on the beach side of the road) Facilities (pool, hot tub, restaurant)
Cons: Bed mattresses were a little hard
Good 6.7
Pros: Nice people, but they didn't share the shortcomings of the property (see below).
Cons: The disco/bar "Jungle" is next door and they play music really, really loud at night so it's IMPOSSIBLE to sleep on Thursday and Saturday nights. Friday night isn't much better either. All of the guests complained to the front desk and they were just "Oh, sorry about that". It totally sucked and was not worth staying at. The music finally stopped thumping at 2:30am. What a major disappointment.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant wait staff, to the kind man who raked the yard every morning. Especially nice was the lifeguard, Duran, who went out of his way to see that we had all that we needed.
Cons: I wish there had been more dining options within walking distance. There were a few, but we ended up eating at the hotel for most meals.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Rondel is the best place to stay along the beach. It has the amenities I want - chairs and a fun bar on the beach. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The location is convenient as well. But the staff - Delroy, Donovan, Karl, Johno, Oman, all of the wait staff, cleaners and front desk staff are what sets Rondel apart from the rest!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Loved the design of the property especially the greenery around the appointments. Was based on the the sea front side. The hotel was well maintained. Staff were friendly. Room was very comfortable, spacious, clean and well decorated. Was booked into a superior room. Well worth it.
Cons: Stairs would be a problem for anyone with mobility problems. Restaurant was a bit pricey and not enough ‘Jamaican’ food on the menu.
Good 7.5
Pros: Pleasant staff clean lovely rooms and beach
Cons: Slow service at bar and restaurant
Good 7.5
Pros: The beach is right on your doorstep
Cons: The staff at times could be a little rude
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Excellent and Friendly staff, prompt attention to requests, very personal service, felt safe and secure, very good value for the price. Relaxing, quiet atmosphere.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The room was clean and excellent. Some of the workers were not friendly. The person Donna who cleaned was very helpful and friendly. She made the stay worthwhile.
Cons: I did not like some of the front desk helpers. Some where nice but one or two were unfriendly.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Location is great. The ackee and salt fish breakfast was great. Right on the beach. Water is clear with fish, sea star, crabs and stingrays visible on our morning walks
Cons: only 2 sets of towels for party of three

Pros: Love Ella at the front desk, majority of the staff were friendly. One part of the hotel on the beach the other side is not. Twin beds in rooms with air conditioning, micro fridge and hot water. There are no televisions in the rooms. Excellent wifi strength throughout the entire property. Bed and linen was clean and comfortable. Worth the cost of the stay.
Cons: The cafe on site was not good and the staff was not certain on the currency exchange rates and could've been more manner able. Older property but kept nicely. Warm-hot water in bathroom but pressure varied. No form of entertainment on site. Security was not always present on both sides or property.
Good 7.5
Cons: No microwave nokettle
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, Francis bent over backwards to make our stay memorable.
Cons: I just wished the sign on the road was bigger
Okay 5.8
Pros: All about money tips
Cons: Tipping restaurant staff unfriendly
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great location and amazing beach with long chairs. Room is simple, comfortable and clean. Cute garden and swimming pool.
Cons: Bar/restaurant staff not very smiling
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the staff at white sands is really what always makes my stay an absolute pleasure. Extremely accommodating and friendly.... tony and Paul down at the bar are great and keep the red stripe nice and cold. Beautiful beachfront lounging, clean and comfortable rooms and great overall experience
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location
Cons: N/a
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: I like absolutely nothing. We went for the weekend and check out after one night. The place was extremely filthy. The white towels has very dark color. When we were on the bed and look up in the ceiling it was a absolute turn off. With a little detail to cleaning and maintenance the place could look way better. We feel like our money was not well spent
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.8
Pros: Property on seven mile beach
Cons: The facilities need upgrading does not look good like the pictures. No TV and microwave in room.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is we had to park our car on the other side & walk to our room across the. Street.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved everything about this cute little hotel. I loved the garden view from my room. When you walk out the door there was the mountain! Everyone was so friendly, very peaceful property. Will stay again.
Cons: Nothing. No cons. I had a small lizard in my room, due to my fault from having the door open, bit they changed my room for me no problem.
Good 7.5
Pros: Breakfast was good, but very slow. the office staff was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Loved the beach area! I would say it was an awesome experience.

Pros: Nice garden and kind people. Tidy and big room with all comforts. Amazing ackee and saltfish breakfast. The beach is just across the road.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location
Cons: The property has hone down since my last visit. The air conditioner and refrigerator did not work. I checked out the next day.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Good omelet and kind cooker...good WiFi
Cons: Dirty,7 days with the same towel(one towel each for every use...no toiletries, not even soap....awful smell from the bathroom, difficult to take a shower(no water flow)ants and other insects in the bed, terrible noise from the street...extra charges for everything
Mediocre 3.5
Pros: I cancelled my booking after one night and staff were helpful in helping me to get a refund which was very positive. Good location.
Cons: I think this place has such great potential and just a few steps away from the beach. They need to invest in new bedding, clean sheets in soft fabric and update the rooms. Ensure rooms are nice and fresh and aired. There are other places on the stretch better at the same price.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Nice location and lots of space on the grounds
Good 7.1
Pros: If you're looking for a quiet place in Negril u should book here. Just stayed for one night so I don't know how the Yoga lessons are.
Good 7.5
Pros: Nice location
Cons: Take care when booking, rooms might vary a lot from what you see as different rooms run all under one name. We booked the room with a kitchen and double bed, but the room with both was already booked so we had to decide between double bed and kitchen. for kitchen use they will charge 10$
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was wonderful in every aspect. The little cottage was perfect, set away from everything else perfectly private. The atmosphere was so nice as well. My boyfriend and I had a great time staying here and would definitely come back.
Cons: There was nothing we disliked. Perhaps it would have been nice to have the kitchen equipped for the number of people staying there, such as two bowls, but that was easily sorted.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The rooms are very well integrated in the environment. Very friendly staff.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Love this place Very basic but in a great location
Cons: Nothing it's fab basic classic travellers base .value for money

Pros: Yes i slept very well
Cons: Closing time of the pool and didnt get the type room we booked for
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything
Okay 4.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: The rooms are not suitable for families. Only solo travelers who do not have much expectation and will not be in room often.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The buffet food breakfast, lunch and dinner. My room was right along poolside
Cons: The beds and the pillows were horrible
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The perfect location right in the most exceptionally beautiful beach!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The service from the dining room staff was excellent.
Good 7.5
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the beach clean. The meals were good
Cons: The place is hard to find because the sign outside is written fo small. The shower curtain was dirty it needed to be changed and we had no toilet paper I had to go to the desk and ask. My mom had good pillows mine were so tough I slept without any. Every thing is in US dollars ... they never had change for my jamaican money
Good 6.7
Pros: All meals were included, friendly staff
Cons: There was false advertisement about daycare service available. Property could be cleaner. Property needed paint job. People were smoking anywhere and everywhere and staff didn't reinforce rules. Didn't like fact my child was exposed to ______ SMOKE. Hot tub was not working properly
Excellent 9.5
Pros: I enjoyed the entertainment and my bartender. My drinks were great. Plus all the staff greeted you like you knew them.
Cons: I didn’t like that the bar closed at 11pm. I like to get my drink on while on vacation.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Location on 7 Mile beach
Cons: Room clean, but really needs updating. Difficult to get hot water, if at all. Staff doesn't seem to care about the guest. We felt like we were a bother every time we asked for something. Had to argue with staff because we paid higher rate for Sea View room, but was facing the interior garden. Finally got moved to a slightly better room, but not what we expected and paid for. Food was mediocre and "all-inclusive" bar was limited to Rum, Brandy and Beer.
