Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent beachfront location, beautiful gardens, and easy access to local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, poor service from some staff, and frequent maintenance problems, especially with bathrooms and hot water. Breakfast and food service received mixed feedback, often criticized for limited options or high prices. While some guests appreciated the pool and friendly housekeeping staff, overall satisfaction was affected by inconsistent service quality and outdated facilities.
