Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's unique and beautiful location, as well as the immersive natural surroundings and architecture. Many enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as plentiful and delicious. However, several reviews mentioned issues with service, including slow response times, lack of availability of certain amenities, and inconsistent staff friendliness. Cleanliness and maintenance were noted as neutral, with some areas needing attention but not detracting significantly from the overall experience. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its setting and atmosphere, though improvements in service and upkeep would enhance the stay.
