Pros: Food was pretty good
Cons: The seats are so freaking small and packed together!!!
Pros: The crew was really helpful and attentive. we travel with a special needs young lady and every body was sure she enjoyed the fly. the airplane was in excellent conditions.
Cons: The waiting before entering to the lane was long and we didn't understand why we need to be waiting so long in the jet way.
Pros: On time.
Cons: No transfer ability between domestic connections, even on same airline.
Pros: The fly time
Cons: The check in process, too slow ,we waist almost 2hrs in the process
Pros: It went with no trouble
Cons: The inflight service wasn't great
Pros: Comfortable flight, good service.
Cons: The size and quantity of carry on luggage needs to be restricted. The actual size and number of pieces needs to be enforced. The serving of liquor to passengers should be better monitored.
Cons: 3 hours of delay because of a technical failure
Pros: Crew was excellent. Thank you Sohiwe
Pros: Nothing stood out as being particularly good.
Cons: A 6-hour international flight should provide food and entertainment. I flew Toronto to Port of Spain. No free food (not even pretzels), no inflight entertainment system, cramped seats with poor legroom, grumpy flight attendants, an hour delayed due to disorganized boarding process.
Pros: On time, crew was cheery!
Pros: flight left on-time
Cons: The baggage took forever to come out
Cons: They pushed my flight forward 15 hours but didn't tell me until five hours before my flight. Not only that but they didn't change the second leg of my trip so I was on the phone for an hour trying to straighten it out. Very stressful.
Cons: Very old plane
Cons: Nice on time
Pros: FA in 1st was awesome
Cons: food presentation was nice but the pasta dish was like rubber and barely warm
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
