9.2 Excellent
Pros: The bed was not like a cloud but comfortable enough, the views and uniqueness of the hotel was wonderful, will definitely be back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location staff
Cons: Breakfast was monotonous
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Hard to determine where things are eg pools. Discovered that there are multiple pools.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The nature, environment and the rain forest
Cons: The coffee in the breakfast and the bar doesn't. Work everyday.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the rambling design, the views, the wood, the paths in the forest, the integration with nature, the staff, and the spa pools.
Cons: The buffet dinner in their restaurant was very ordinary..some dishes were cold..We ate a la carte in the cafe and bar instead which was much much better. Signage to the oaths dnd along them could have been much better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, look and feel
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I loved that the hotel is located in a beautiful rainforest.
Cons: The warm system of the room we were in, was broken down, so we had to be relocated at another room.
7.1 Good
Cons: We visited marina Fuy restaurant for lunch (they own this place) and they overcharged for a 1/2 bottle of wine and nobody took responsibility. When we checked out, the manager look after the paper work, he never gave us a receipt of our expenses, he said that will be email to us, until now we have not received anything, even so I sent them an email with a second request.
7.5 Good
Pros: View from Balcony is amazing
Cons: Smells from the kitchen could be smelt in the rooms. Lack of English speaking staff and information caused some issues
Huilo Huilo Cabanas Del Bosque - Neltume - Bedroom

8.8 Excellent (210 reviews)
C$ 269+
Overview Reviews
This collection of cabins is located alongside the crystalline Fuy River, in the midst of a wonderful forest where oak and lenga trees predominate. Its conscientious architecture and furnishings will remind you of the beauty of the simple and the natural making you feel right at home.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: They double billed me for my stay, and will not respond to my requests for help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The paths in the woods
7.5 Good
Pros: Well suited for people wanting to do outdoor activity like hiking, biking, rafting on a river. Very peaceful area, good bird photography and lots of hiking trails.
Cons: Cabins were very rustic and was surprised there was no axe to chop wood and make it easier to light the wood stove.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location, the pool, the restaurants, the hiking.
Cons: The heating was not fully functional, the cost is very high
5.8 Okay
Pros: The place it´s really nice! Then national park it´s amazing and have a lot of things to do. A must in Chile
Cons: The cabin was not well prepared for the value. Curtains and kitchen utensils were not in a good shape. The heating was not working properly. And toiltes were not working good. The furniture was too old. The main room was cold, the chimney heat didn´t reach.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything was great but the cabins were cold. Just a fireplace to heat them.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Lack of soap
8.8 Excellent
Pros: well located, just a 5 min walk through the forest to the hotel (and its facilities) or down to the beautiful river.
Cons: The fire in the middle of the living room was quite dangerous. It was extremely hot (and it needed to be lit since the cabana was very cold), and with toddlers around we were constantly having to say ''stay back from the fire''. we were constantly worried that there would be an accident. a simple safety fence for the area around the fire would help a lot. the walkway between the hotel and the cabanas was unlit, and you needed a torch at night to find your way back.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The resort is a kind of fantasy dreamt up by architects on mind-altering drugs and is really fun to explore. It has a random quality that is the exact opposite of a Marriott resort. The hotels Montana Magica and Nothofagus are super expensive but our cabana was a little over 100 USD per night. The two short hikes that don’t require driving are both great, esp. the Espiritu hike where you discover wood carvings of humans and animals hidden near the path. There are also great short hikes to two waterfalls that require driving a few miles to the trailhead. And there is a long hike to Puerto Fuy whose trailhead is hard to find and which seems longer than the claimed 2.5 km. The little yellow bird trail markers were wonderful. Beds were super comfy and we slept like babies except one night a wild dog barking kept us awake for an hour until I finally threw a rock at it.
Cons: The roads inside the resort are AWFUL. Giant potholes, huge rocks that could disable an ordinary car. There are no lights on roads so driving to our cabana at night was almost impossible. We quickly decided to be in before dark. The dining options are bad: hyperexpensive food inside the resort, very few restaurants (3) in nearby town Neltume. Fortunately cabana had limited cooking facility but you need to think ahead and stock up at a supermarket in a large town before arriving. The onsite Volcano Museum was really almost entirely about Mapuche Indians and very little about volcanoes. The funicular didn’t operate when it was supposed to and has limited hours. There is no wifi at cabanas, you have to walk 5 min to main lobby to get wifi. Stray dogs are numerous, not dangerous but always begging for food.
7.1 Good
Pros: Beautiful location and staying within the reserve gives you free access to the walks ans museum
Cons: For the price, i think the bathrooms could have a little shampoo condition and soap. Also, the signage around the parks etc where to park was really bad. Just be aware that there were ppl working at info desks who didn't speak English. It could make getting info a bit tricky

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Cool design, spacious for 2 people comfortable bed
Cons: A bit expensive for what you got. Upstairs room gets very hot in summer. It would be great in cool times
4.2 Okay
Pros: The domes are a nice idea, and are close to lovely scenery and the Huilo Huilo Park. Across the road is a place where there are multi-food stalls to eat in. Tasty food and very cheap!
Cons: The domes are built of very thin material and have no soundproofing. They are crammed onto a pretty small site, with an outside sitting space for each, but no real garden area. We were in a dome for two people, right by the road and it was noisy. You can hear people talking outside too. Our dome was quite small, the bathroom tiny and the ‘kitchen’ facilities so tiny to be almost useless. The ‘kitchen’ sink doesn’t even fit the plates they provide in it! There is, however, a tiny fridge and a microwave. Facilities are minimal. The staff aren’t on site, so we had to hang around for half an hour in the morning until someone turned up who we could pay. The price for these domes is outrageous - they should be half what Booking.com are charging. Some domes looked much bigger and had ‘upstairs’, but we didn’t see inside those and they may be better. But for us this was a very disappointing experience.
7.5 Good
Pros: The domes are a unique place to stay and in good weather should give you a great view of the stars. Unfortunately it was cloudy on the night we stayed but the domes are nice and clean and have everything you need. The host was very friendly and helpful despite us arriving late.
Cons: We got lost on the way here so I would recommend getting a map of the area, as it can be hard to find. There were no restaurants or shops open in the town after 9pm so I would recommend arriving before then. The domes are quite close together so not as private as I would have liked.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the domos is amazing! Steps from a river and few kms from Huilo Huilo biological reserve. It feels like living in a fairytale.
Cons: Unfortunately when we arrived there was a blackout which shut down the whole city of Neltume due to a storm, so we had no electricity, we couldn't dry our hair and it was quite cold inside because the radiators didn't work. Fortunately the host brought us a gas stove to warm ourselves and the electricity came back by the time we got up the next day.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing
Cons: I stay in canopy Village I really love the place especially the people who work there...their are sweet loving beautiful people specially... Marcelo Monrroy... the manager. Maria Fernanda Mauricio Perez I fall in love with that place it is beautiful and enchanting I will definitely come back soon
7.1 Good
Pros: I loved the cabin, there were loads of blankets and an electric heater so it was cozy and right in the middle of where the deer were My daughter loved seeing the animals, the little water falls everywhere and walking along the boardwalks. It was beautiful scenery, wonderful community cooking room, and we felt lucky to be able to stay there for two nights with a discounted rate.
Cons: the bathrooms were far away and this proved to be difficult to get to in the middle of the night. Some of the boardwalk areas were blocked off. Also the maps of the entire Huilo-Huilo were very hard to see and read. All of the visitor centre staff were nice but promoted buying tours and were not that helpful when it came to basic information. Last but not least their "bus transfer" system only works when you purchase a tour, and you cannot just go from one portal to another without a car---too far to work.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location. Beautiful surroundings. Big shared kitchen.
Cons: No hot water on last day of visit.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: we could not pay in US dollars with exemption from tax, we had to pay in local currency including tax (19%). The owner said that booking.com ask for 18% surcharge. So the ratio price/quality was bad.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful and quiet place to stay when there are no Tourists
Cons: Not enough comfortable places to sit down and read a book
