Cleanliness is a must for me-Room cleaning was amazing; state of toilet was super clean and they had slippers!!; bed was comfortable; tv in working order; excellent help from staff in and around hotel; laundry service was good I would definitely book here again as i have got to know the area and the convenience of travelling to the two main bazaars chandni chowk and sadar from this location.
Taxis find it difficult to drive through and are reluctant to drive in through the main road bazaar to hotel location. Wasnt exactly sure when the restaurant was open and closed- was only able to order once but they had a replacement service where staff would get you an order from local restaurants. Im not so sure the rooms are soundproof! You can hear echoes from the corridor. My room had no window and i like air circulation but delhi air is so bad perhaps better not to have one?

The location was strategic and the bed was comfortable.
The staff at the reception was not welcoming at all, sometimes even a bit rude. The area does not look very safe during the night.
