Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently criticized the hotel's cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, stained bedsheets, and poor maintenance. Value for money was also a major concern, as several reviewers felt the prices were too high for the quality provided. While service received mixed feedback, some guests noted friendly or attentive staff, though others reported unhelpful or rude employees. The location was frequently highlighted as a positive, especially its proximity to the railway station. Overall, the hotel’s cleanliness and value for price were the main drawbacks, but the convenient location and occasional good service were appreciated.
