The location was perfect in relation to the show venue. The little bar/restaurant next door was awesome. The room was clean and freshly updated. I would definitely stay there again.
I have to say that I have no complaints. I am a frequent business traveler and this hotel was really awesome.
Good location and spacious rooms (for NYC).
Very unfriendly staff. Rude and unprofessional!
Bed very comfortable and soft. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location to attractions (Times Square, Broadway, Empire State Building, etc.). Metro station nearby. Hotel lobby smells fantastic.
No USB ports in room for charging devices, only plug outlets. Ugly view of construction/scaffolding.
The proximity to Penn Station makes it very easy to get to and from JFK airport.
Location is good for both the Midtown and Downtown areas of Manhattan, and also convenient for Penn station and Maddison square garden, Times Square and 6th and 7th avenues.
Disappointed with the food available at breakfast, which was also very expensive, like most places in New York. There were a few people sleeping in doorways nearby, and the street lighting is very dark in the area, plus a there was a refuge for homeless people nearby. Restaurants nearby were limited in choice of food, and again very expensive, eg. $70 for a bottle of wine in an Italian restaurant.
