Pros (+) The best location for business trip and if you have a plan to visit liberty island.
Cons (-) My room never have any outside light because it was surrounded by tall building and it feels like night all day.

Pros (+) Great hotel, would definitely stay there again. Very clean, and the staff was very accommodating.
Cons (-) No pool. Absolutely no parking. (Do not count on finding parking near by or on the streets). They told me they had a deal with the parking garage next door and when I got there they did not accept my car because "they were full" so I had to run around looking for an open parking and take a cab back to the hotel afterwards.

Pros (+) The welcome was warm and helpful. I even got an upgrade!
Cons (-) At first glance, the room looked amazing! The modern amenities and style were welcoming, but when I looked a little deeper it was hard to ignore the fact that the wear and tear of the room was taking its toll. The wood around the sink was badly warped. The sink didn't drain properly. The floor was cheap. The faux-wood laminate was warped and felt greasy under my feet.
