The lobby is lovely.
The front desk staff seemed very annoyed and were not welcoming. There were a lot of extra fees. The bathrooms are set to be remodeled but haven't been done yet so everything looks old and cheap.
Location is great Lobby is impressive
Room was completely outdated Bathroom was ridiculously small with cobbled together fixtures No response from staff after initial complaint Stay away from this place Way to many other choices
The location was the only thing Myself and my family enjoyed!
Customer service (bell boys were RUDE, waiter in restaurant TOOK 45 Mins to get 2 drinks=terrible, doormen said I couldn’t touch the luggage cart. He said it’s like a doctor and their specialty... ok. Because ousjing a cart requires expertise and peoples lives are For sure in his hands..), tiny room but ok, beds were terrible, view bad, bathroom extra tiny & needs update, shelf & toilet paper holders were both at a a terrible angle and couldn’t be used. I would stay somewhere else!

Tired decor & Grumpy staff - 5 day stay
Tired décor, no basics, such as make your own tea or coffee in your room. Lost a day waiting for lifts

Business center should be no charge for people staying at the hotel
Great location with a fair price

Busy hotel Busy Season
Due to the busy Christmas Season the only complaint was getting an elevator. But we had the same problem in Bloomingdales & Saks. They all took forever. Other than that, hotel was great. Room was large & clean!
Elevators were too slow due to crowds on them.
Staff was great!
