Nothing, apart for the guy who got me a taxi when leaving
the room, cleanliness of the en-suite, no wardrobe, television not working, safety of the lighting system within the room
The staff were very helpful, rooms clean and breakfast good. Car parking was very secure.
The walls were very thin and you could hear everything in other rooms and in the corridors, this was a problem for me as it did affect sleep. The rooms aren't very big but OK if you just staying for one night. Also I wouldn't suggest walking alone at night in the area the hotel is located. I was with my boyfriend and was fine in the day.
it was reasonably priced
Our room was frozen as the heating was not working but the staff failed to tell us this until after our second complaint. The staff tried to get more money out of us for our rooms. we had to pay to use the hotel car park. There were cigarette papers and a packet of diazepam on the stairs as we went for breakfast with our children.
Basic facilities but all communal areas and our room were very clean
Staff were very polite and more than helpful.
Room was on the cold side - single glazing. There were people fighting in the middle of the night 2 of the 3 nights of my stay. It made me feel a little unsafe with no telephone in my room to call the staff.
Decent price, right side of the city to get to airport quickly,
No hot water in room, heating is controlled from reception-no thermostat in the room.
friendly night staff
we were accused of vandilising one of the room which was not the case (there are very suspect attachments which "hold your curtain back") Both rooms we booked had these hanging off - make sure you let the staff know - we did but we still accused of breaking them!
The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating, they provided us with an early breakfast even though we had to leave much earlier than the usual time for service. This was a full continental breakfast which was fresh and very enjoyable.
the rooms were v well appointed and each had a large screen hd tv - the breakfast was superb and the bathrooms were v luxurious - if you combine this with the price paid it is an excellent hotel and its distance from the city centre is also a bonus.
Handy for the city cenre
too near to the road for noise(traffic)
