10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Very friendly staff!
Cons: No.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: If you need a quick stay I'd suggest staying here. Facilities were nice (you can tell it was an older hotel that was remodled) though rooms were slightly small but not bad. Staff was helpful and friendly. Probably the best part was the breakfast. It's fairly standard as breakfasts go at hotels bow and days, but everything was hot and fresh at 8:00, which surprised me since it opened at 6:30 and there was hardly anyone in there (me thinking the food would have set for an hour and a half). Overall great place to stay if you're passing through the area!
Cons: Maybe just the size of the room though it wasn't that bad.

6.0 Good
Pros: Plenty of food at breakfast, delicious cinnamon rolls, and close to many restaurants and to shopping.

Cons: Lights in the bathroom had to warm up before emitting decent lighting.
4.0 Okay
Pros: One of the most central locations to all activities in Bloomington/Normal. Easy in/out from highways and can walk to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: The room we stayed in 104. It was outside a neighboring hotels gazebo where smokers congregate and next to the mechanics room. So it smelled like smoke because the fan was in taking the smoke from outside.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location clean and comfortable
Cons: Over priced
7.5 Good
Pros: location
Cons: shower head and control leaked, spraying water, creating a mess, and there was no tub mat creating a sliping hazard

Usually, they have waffles, eggs of some sort, and a meat (either sausage or bacon).

No toilet paper we had to go the desk to ask for additional rolls. The pool was out of order for maintenance and it looked like it was closed for the winter. The pool was drained. Additionally, we had to ask for more towels because we only had a few.

Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: The whole building smelled of cigarettes
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location and price.
Cons: The air conditioning in the room barely worked. No refrigerator in room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location. Easy access from the freeway. Front entrance deceptivly small but pretty easy to figure out. Desk clerk was easy to work with and worked very hard to resolve some issues that came up. The place is a bit old and tired but the rooms were tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the linen was clean.
Cons: The breakfast was basic. Bare bones basic. Toast, cold cereal, and a few mini-muffins. Adequate, but just barely. When we arrived, we couldnt get the TV to work in one of our rooms. The desk clerk offered to move us to an adjacent room. Fine, so we pack up and move. The heat in the new room is inadequate so the desk clerk offers a space heater. Ok, not entirely satisfying but ok. But, now they have fixed the TV. Did we want to move back to a warm room with a working TV? So we pack up again and move back and now we are good for the night. These are all small inconveniences. But tiny annoyances tend to add up. Especially at the end of a long day on the road. In the end we had a clean comfortable room at a budget price. All is good.

Pros: Very clean, very accommodating, and competent staff. Was on business, but would stay there again anytime.
Cons: There was no public computer station.

Pros: The cool condo-type set up was nice and the rooms were huge! The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful.
Cons: No!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Central location and close proximity to the Mall area were both positives. The staff was OK as long as honesty isn't a criteria. When we arrived, we were given the wrong room (one king bed does not work for a family of two grandparents, one adult daughter and a baby). We were told that they were sorry, moved to a two-queen bed room, and assured we would be given a different room the next day. When we went to the desk the next day, we were told that we were on a waiting list if there was a cancellation but no rooms were available--that they would call us if a room was available. They then put us back in our original room. Unfortunately we had pre-paid. They refused to issue a refund, citing the clause in the pre-pay agreement. We paid for the two-king room, were given a one-king and had to rent a room in a nearby hotel for our adult daughter and grand-child.
Cons: The two-queen room we had on night one was filthy. The one-king room was cleaner. The fireplace in the one-king room did not work. They did not service the room everyday. It seemed to be a "by chance" sort of system--some days we had housekeeping, other days we did not.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Front Desk personell were very helpful. Offered to assist with a smile. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: Eggs were dry from sitting, Otherwise Breakfast was good.

Pros: I loved the entire propriety, looked nice and very clean.
Cons: We had three instances of people at our door, 2 confirmed was staff, one time someone tried to use a key card to get in our room and we thought maybe it was another guest. But I found it odd they didn’t call the room to ask us a simple question, they came to it, disrupted us (twice) and it was over some real minor things. Otherwise, incredible. Chase(sp ?) from the front desk was very helpful & courteous.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: room design
Cons: no
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Not much else to say.
Cons: The rooms could be nice, if cleaned properly. Especially for the price, in which I also paid a $50 deposit. Bad part is, I have to wait to get that back. Deposit is used for destruction of property and it was clear to see that damage was done at the location before we arrived. Some rooms were left open and looked horrible. The receptionist said there is only 1 housekeeper. Way too much for 1 person to do it alone.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The towels in the bathroom had yellow stains and our wash rag had some kind of green moss stain on it. The lady at reception said that the yellow stained towel was clean - it was just stained. One pillow case had a black circle in the middle.
