Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location, especially its proximity to ski lifts and gondolas, making it ideal for ski enthusiasts. The breakfast received many positive mentions for its quality and variety, though some guests wished for more options or a buffet style. The staff and service were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant stay. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with rooms and facilities generally well maintained. Some guests found the traditional Japanese beds less comfortable, and a few noted issues with noise, privacy, or amenities, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
