Pros: We were able to check in early. Our room was spacious and clean. This hotel is eco friendly which is a super plus. The decor in the lobby is beautiful. Then the breakfast was amazing !! They had smoothies. They had fresh pressed juice. Cinnamon roll waffles. I don’t really know where to stop with the compliments of this hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Ten out of ten stars.

Pros: The staff were nice. And the breakfast was good - for me anyway. My wife had to be at an event by 6am so she left at 5:30am skipping breakfast. I doubt many people have that issue so I'm not complaining just saying it would have been nicer if it was ready by 5:30 or 5. After dropping her off I came back, had breakfast and packed up our things. Our room looked like it would have been a nice place to relax if we had the time.
Cons: Our room keys didn't work the first time and we had to walk back to the front-desk to get them re-programmed. This was quite an inconvenience as we only had a few minutes to drop off our stuff. After getting our keys re-programmed we had to just carry all of our things back to the car so we wouldn't be late to our event. We had a cooler with cold drinks that we weren't able to put in the fridge until our event was over and we returned later that night. Not to mention risking leaving all of our things in the car unattended while we were at our event. When getting keys for a room, I kind of expect them to work the first time.

Pros: We needed to be at the Hospital and it was walking distance. Also close to downtown if need be. We had our daughter so having the pool and a continental breakfast in the morning was perfect to entertain her while I was visiting in the hospital. It was perfect and clean- beds were comfortable. Kayak was the best price as well:)

Cons: I noticed a few very tiny bugs crawling on the bath room counter. Couldn't quite determine what they were. I didn't mention this to the staff because my overall stay was very good. But I thought that maybe I should let you know so that you could followup before it became a major problem. Turning left onto the major street in front of the facility (Hwy 301?) is a challenge because of the way the traffic lights are timed. You have to be patient.

Cons: Other staff was was so so. We were told the wrong floor for our room when we checked in and when we walked past the elevator because we doubted room number 120 was on the second floor the front desk person sassily called over to us. Even though there was a do not disturb sign on our door the room was serviced and the AC was turned way down. When we checked out I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before I just wrote a note about checking out and left. We've stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. Overall, a good hotel, this experience was just a little weird.
Also, note that the first floor is a little noisy (traffic & people coming in) but other floors are fine.

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic and one of the best I've ever had at a Hampton.
Cons: Since I booked the room with booking.com they stuck me in the worst room in the building. On the ground floor right next to the breakfast area with constant noise from I-75. It was hard to sleep in this room that is facing the interstate and the worker preparing the breakfast could be heard through the wall at 0530. I would never stay at this particular Hampton Inn again even thought the breakfast was the best. In fact I stayed another night in Belleview but switched to the Sleep Inn on the East side of I-75 and had a much better experience!!

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was sofa bed, which was very outdated and uncomfortable it would be nice if they would update the mattresses other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Only one elevator was working and the one that was working was very slow. The ice machine on our floor was broken and there was no way I was going to use the elevator to go to another floor to get ice.

The waitress greeted us with saying your food for two is covered everything but the TIP! If I were at any other holiday in I would have free breakfast an no one mentioning a tip!!!

Pros: It was convenient, and affordable. And, it wasn't a roadside motel. I felt safe and the staff was cool. The bathroom was kind of nice, the bed was comfortable, and the tv was good. Plus, when I checked in, he gave me a room with no neighbors.

Pros: It's perfectly located in the heart of every place you could want to eat and any store you could want to go to. I had surgery while I was there and it was less than 5 mins to the hospital. The cafe downstairs was really great to get food and drink during a tough recovery.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. There was a small fridge and microwave. Stocked with 2 bottles of Nestle water (my fave) and there was also an ironing board and iron. I like that the A/C had a remote control so you don't have to get up in the middle of the night to change the temperature.
Cons: There were a lot of ants (little ones) in the bathroom. So maybe exterminate a little better. They were a little annoying but not too bothersome. I feel like the price could have been lower, but since it was last minute, I was willing to pay a little more. It could use a bit of updating in the bathrooms, but they were ok.

Pros: Residence Inn Ocala is,for me a home away from home. I am glad I chosed it for my stay in Ocala FLORIDA. The Front Desk Team - especially Mr. Kelvin & Ms.Pretty , are exceptionally a delight and attend to guests well.
Cons: Nothing, I must confess. Residence Inn Ocala is exceptional in all spheres.

Pros: Staff was outstanding at taking care of room problem and changed our mind about staying and coming back for another stay. Kevin was great and turned a realy poor stay into a great one.
Cons: Frist room smelled of smoke and maybe food odor realy bad. Thanks goodness for Kevin for saving us from that. That would have been our first and last time staying at Residence!

Pros: The front desk is super hospitable, will store babycarseat, YAY! (Helps when you a both hands full with a wiggly-one...that I don't have to tote up and down stairs to and from room)! I would totally recommend this hotel is for family-oriented! Thank you:)
Cons: No oatmeal for breakfast and the eggs had ham inside the eggs omelet, should please accomodate the people who do not eat ham...plain scrambled eggs would be better than an egg omelet that you can not eat...just saying...over all please have oatmeal

Pros: The hotel is spotless, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and polite.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was sofa bed, which was very outdated and uncomfortable it would be nice if they would update the mattresses other than that I highly recommend this hotel.
