Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing significant cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, bugs, and unpleasant odors. Service was also criticized, with complaints about rude or unhelpful staff and problems during check-in or with refunds. Additionally, several guests were disappointed by the lack of breakfast, which was either not provided as advertised or consisted of only coffee. Only a few reviews mentioned positive experiences, such as friendly staff or a quiet atmosphere, but these were outweighed by the negative feedback.
