Cons:Lack of parking. Overcrowded in dining hall. Loud guests.
Pros:I like that it is close to La Crosse but on the out skirts. It has that log cabin feel. Hot breakfast everyday is great also. The hot tub was great . The staff was extremely helpful. They gave directions when needed and also suggested places to see that we never thought of. Great staff A++
Cons:The swimming pool was ICE cold. This is one of the reasons we chose this place and we couldn't get in the water because of how cold it was. The water was so cold most of the kids were swimming in it instead of the pool. Not fun.
Cons:I didn't like that there were kids running around into the night on the floor above us.
Pros:The location was good for my needs , close to the highway.
Cons:Per the advertisement I expected much more. There wasn't the wow factor I expected to have. The bathroom was a let down And the on site lounge as well, the staff wasn't much there. When I pay the cost I did for this room I expect 3 things . Super clean, An amazing bed, and a great shower, the bed is the only thing I care to recall.
Pros:The beds were comfortable.
Cons:There was no parking, we drove around the lot four times to find a spot. When asking the front desk clerk about parking he was rude and sarcastic. That really set the tone for the rest of our stay, we won't be back.
Pros:front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful, room was very clean, close to shopping
