Pros (+) The view was perfect. The rooms were clean and the grounds were well kept. It seemed to be staffed 24hrs. Pool was heated, there is a break out front if you bring a long board you can ride!
Cons (-) I really think this place was top notch. Couldn’t have asked for anything else

Pros (+) Location and views are excellent. Room was comfortable. Rooms can be noisy as there’s not much insulation around doors. Could hear conversation thru the vents.
Cons (-) Front desk was not very helpful or welcoming.

Cons (-) The balconies weren't private, people walk by staring in your room, even if the noise from the pool wasn't so loud, there was no way to open a window(no screens) and listen for the surf, you get what you pay for.
