Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to attractions like the Osaka Aquarium and Tempo Harbor Theater. However, many reviews express significant concerns about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and outdated facilities. Service is described as average, with some language barriers and mixed experiences with staff friendliness. Room sizes and value for price receive neutral feedback, with some guests finding the rooms spacious and affordable, while others feel the hotel is outdated or overpriced for what is offered. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main positive feature, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
