7.7 Good
Pros: everything was good in my books
Cons: the bath room was a little small but no big deal.
6.0 Good
Cons: Really just a roadside motel. Shocked this cost $92. We were put in a room directly by the elevator and ice vending machines. Not the best.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and pool
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every aspect of the hotel is superior! The facilities are beautiful and well cared for, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, the breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.
Cons: There was not a single aspect to the hotel that was in any way less than exceptional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Swimming pool and exercise room.
7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was quite good, but swamped. Quite comfortable, noise and other issues were reasonable for the money. Guest laundry was very good.
Cons: Only had one significant issue. Apparently, my elderly mother tried to call me through the front desk. I was in my room. She called several times and was told that I was not answering and got quite worried. I called her on my cell and she related this. I called the manager on duty to complain and was told that she had tried to call me several times, and that she and her assistant had both tried coming up to my room. I told her that was not factual - that I had been working at the desk and would have heard any calls, and was quite able to hear kids and others in the hall. If anyone had knocked on my door, I would have known. If anyone had opened my door to do a welfare check, I would have known. Really unacceptable.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location for travel.
Cons: Plumbing needed some maintenance as the toilet gurgled.

6.2 Good
Pros: The room was fairly nice, seemed cleanish. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice.
Cons: We found the remains of a spider squished on the wall. The couch had holes in it. The cupboard was broke. We asked for a quiet room but were placed 10 feet from the train, right next to an exit door and next to a door to the stairwell. We were overcharged, bjt i think that is booking.com's fault. They do that to me a lot. I did not have time to get to tell them about it but have left comments for them about it but they never have gotten back to me. Anyway, it was pretty good but a fair disappointing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The suite was beautiful, the view was great, the bed was comfortable.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Being An IHG rewards participant has its perks for sure, but regardless of that everyone is treated equal. We were traveling from in state to Great Falls, MT for a concert. Check in is at 4pm and I was traveling with a few teens, some of which are the "must freshen up type or we will just die" teen girls. This location was the first time of all my travels I was early for check in. My wife called and they not only got us in 4 hrs early, they also got rooms together for us. (I kinda failed at that request during reservation set up.) As with all IHG family hotels I have had excellent accommodations hands down, and that's why I have chose to become part of the rewards. I would like to say thanks to Anthony in Great Falls MT for the hospitality
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed four nights while visiting family in town. The staff is wonderful, especially a woman named Ruth who works in the kitchen. We enjoyed our hot breakfast by the fire pit in the mornings. A friend had a Birthday at the Front Brewery one night and it was nice to just stroll across the parking lot to the party.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great place to stay! We were here on a couple day stay for snowmobiling! They had fantastic breakfast options as well as light dinner options! I would highly recommend this to anyone, great value for the money!
5.6 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good and work out room was nice.
Cons: When we booked our rooms there wasn't any mention about major construction going on in the hotel. For instance the floor we were on was the pet floor they had carpet removed right when you open the elevator door to our room. You could see visible pee spots where the dogs went to the bathroom! The urine smell was intense and gave my wife migraines and when we asked to change our room all they had available was smoking rooms. They put us on a waiting list to change our room and after three days they still didn't have any rooms available. The amenities in the hotel was supposed to include a microwave in the room but, there wasn't one. In the room there were items being held with tape instead of being repaired correctly. The TV remote wasn't user-friendly! My wife is hearing-impaired and it took over an hour and a half with three different people to come to the room to try and figure out how to get close caption working. One of our days there they were servicing the Jacuzzi so we couldn't enjoy that either.

On the top floor you will find a cozy seating area with TV and gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with all of the comforts of home; including microwave, Kuerig, crock pot, cookbooks, fully stocked with cookware, utensils and walk-in pantry. This amazing kitchen/living area features circle-sawn fir floors, 22' timber beam ceilings, maple cabinets, butcher block counter tops, and expansive windows with a view that will make your jaw drop. Downstairs in the walk-out basement you will find a Media/Family room with a 120” movie screen, comfy lounge seating, a wet bar, wine fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is a downstairs Master Suite with a Queen size bed and a private bathroom and a fourth Queen size bedroom with a bathroom in the hall. There is also an air mattress for an additional person if you need more sleeping accommodations. There is a beer tap and if you are going to be here for a while we can help you get the keg filled with some fantastic local Montana brew, for an additional fee. There is plenty of parking space for multiple cars, an RV or boat. This home is extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and very cozy, with lots of natural light and plenty of rustic Montana charm. The mattresses and linens are high thread count, always fresh and very comfy. There are 4 TV's in the house equipped with Dish Network and Alexa (220 channels), Internet and a Verizon Network Extender; but I will warn you that if you overload it streaming videos, etc it can be slow because we are out in the country. You will find all of the comforts of home and we are confident you will find this vacation rental to be very comfortable. We are on a well and septic system so we do ask that you please be very gentle to not abuse this highly sensitive system (ie: do not flush anything except toilet tissue - no kleenex, makeup or baby wipes, paper towels, etc.) This is a dog friendly property in a very secluded private neighborhood with all kinds of wildlife in the yard; including friendly deer, bunnies, bald eagles, rock chucks, prairie dogs, ducks, geese, wild turkeys, gorgeous birds; and, full disclosure, there are snakes in the summertime…it’s the country. There is a 1½ mile or 3 mile walking or biking trail and you can hike, fish, kayak, float or paddle board right across the street. There is so much to do without ever leaving the house. If you need some downtime you can lay in a hammock and watch the bunnies play in the yard, smoke a cigar on the patio, have a drink while watching the sunset, have coffee on the deck, cook out on the grill or smoke a brisket in the smoker and create great family memories. (No Smoking inside - on the patio only please.) There is also a game cabinet with lots of fun games, cards, coloring books, etc. This home provides the serenity you have been looking for in your Montana retreat. The sunrise, sunset and zillions of stars in the Big Sky will make you feel like you're in heaven. The views from the upstairs deck or downstairs patio are peaceful and serene, a perfect setting for coffee, cocktails, a good book, or prayer and meditation. Just 15 minutes away, in Great Falls, there is always something fun to do with a great deal of history, including: - The world famous Sip n’ Dip mermaid lounge - The Charlie Russell Museum - A huge western art community - Rodeos & concerts (depending on the time of the year) - The Great Falls Symphony - Local craft breweries - The Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center - Giant Springs State Park and the fish hatchery - Take a walk or bike ride along Rivers Edge Trail - Of course you have to see the Great Falls of the Missouri River Great Falls is in Central Montana and within a couple of hours you can see some of the most amazing beauty you will find anywhere in the world. You can make this your home base for your perfect Montana vacation. There’s too much to mention, but my favorite excursions include. - Take an Amtrak train ride through Glacier National Park - 2.5 hours to East Glacier and 3.5 to West Glacier (by car) - On your way through Glacier don't forget to stop at the Izaak Walton Inn for some awesome food and see the Rail Cars. - If you go to Glacier, you might want to book an overnight stay to include a visit to White Fish Lake, Kalispell, the sweet sleepy little town of Bigfork for some excellent boutique and art shopping, Flathead Lake and the Cherry orchards, and then a stop in Missoula on the way back for a beer at Big Sky Brewery. It's a gorgeous drive as you pass through the Continental Divide, the Rocky Mountain Range, and numerous National Parks. - Showdown Ski Resort is about a 1-1/2 hour drive and makes a fun day trip - Take a great day trip through the Lewis & Clark National Forest to hear from the locals at Bar 47 in White Sulphur Springs about how copper mining got started here, or make a stop at the Harvest Moon Brewery in Belt, MT. - Fort Benton was once a hot spot and is recognized as the birthplace of Montana. You can’t miss a day trip to see this quaint little town. Don't forget to stop for dinner at the Grand Union Hotel - My absolute favorite is a drive to Craig, Wolf Creek, Holter Lake and the Gates of the Mountain boat tour. The drive is one hour of the most beautiful scenery you may ever witness. This fly fishing capital of the world will have you in awe. - If you want to go fly fishing we can hook you up with a guide and gear. There is a local fly fishing guide right in our neighborhood that can show you the ropes and then you can try your hand at it or just go to Isaak's in Craig, MT where you can get the best walleye fish and chips you will ever eat. - Just an hour away is the Helena, the capital of Montana, nestled in the mountainside and where you can find some great shopping and dining. - First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park & Interpretive Center is 30 minutes - Fairmount Hot Springs, Anaconda MT is less than 3 hours away - We are 4 hours from Yellowstone National Park We hope you enjoy your stay in our Montana retreat home and we are happy to help you with anything that will make your stay comfortable, memorable and the best family vacation you have ever experienced. Sincerely, Carrie & Adolfo
