View is beautiful and the pools are excellent. Vineyard is also very romantic. Rooms are dated, colour scheme is awful, elevator is very old. Restaurant closes at 8pm. At just over $400/night, there is no valid for money. Same rates as Sparkling Hill with 1/3 of the quality. Expect more from a Hyatt property. Charging Napa Valley rates for South Okanagan.

Cons (-) The lobby area floors of our building was a little messy and during our 3 night stay it didn't get cleaned up.
