Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, river and lake views, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, including rude or unhelpful staff, long wait times for check-in, and poor communication. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, stained carpets, and insufficient housekeeping. The pool received mixed feedback, with some enjoying the facilities and others noting problems such as excessive chlorine or rude attendants. Overall, while the location and breakfast were standout positives, service and cleanliness need improvement.
