Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location near major attractions and its historic charm. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially in the Gold Lounge and valet services. However, several reviews mention that service can be inconsistent, with long check-in times and occasional lapses in attentiveness. Breakfast quality and room size received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the offerings and spaciousness, while others found them lacking or cramped. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though a few guests noted areas for improvement. Overall, the hotel is valued for its atmosphere and convenience, but expectations for luxury and value for price are not always met.
