Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and found it convenient for getting around Oxford. Many also appreciated the value for the price, especially in an expensive city. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms, as well as maintenance problems. Service was mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced unhelpful or rude interactions. Breakfast offerings were minimal or unavailable, disappointing some guests. Overall, the hotel is seen as a budget-friendly option with a prime location, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.

Pros (+) I liked the location. The room was clean and beds comfortable.
Cons (-) The bathroom shower was set up backwards and the water wasn't hot. The room was stuffy and smelly when we walked in. Not horrible smell, just odd. Once we turned air on it was fine.
