Centrally located at a quiet village. Efficient and friendly staff.
Not sound proof. Need to whisper in order not to disturb neighbours.
This is a very newly built hotel, set in a beautiful location up overlooking the Morano valley. The welcome was super friendly, with an offer of a glass of prosecco while we checked in. The rooms and bathrooms were well designed and spotless. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are two restaurants within 2 minutes' walk. There is however a very nice bar. The hotel has a small spa area, with a sauna and a jacuzzi. The breaskfast buffet was small, but nicely presented.
The WiFi coverage in our rooms, which were on the far side of the hotel, was practically non-existant. This meant that we basically had to go down to the hotel reception/bar to get on the internet - this isn't really acceptable these days. One of our rooms overlooked the entrance to the hotel, which was unfortunate as there is an outside bar area and thus it was noisy until quite late in the evening.
Beautiful view from our room, comfortable bed, we could use our Netflix account on the TV, ample breakfast with scrambled eggs. We had half board and the dinner was excellent. I genuinely mean the staff were fantastic and we were treated like royalty. Lovely outdoor area, great safe parking. Sauna and wellness area. Lovely bar. Private lounge. Sleepy relaxing village. Great value for money.
Leaving. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.
