Pros (+) It’s all about location. This hotel is close to the opera and easy walk to the Louvre and other sights.
Cons (-) It’s expensive, but that’s Paris. Our room on the back of the building was quiet, but my sister’s room on the street side was noisy.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel was nice in a high end area
Cons (-) Their was a terrible smell of sewage coming from the tub and they sent a technician to “fix” it but it came back and the shower was very loud and their was construction in the morning that woke up my family... they didn’t accommodate us with rooms further away from the construction. The cleaning lady came into the room while we were sleeping.
