Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Paris's main attractions on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests enjoyed the peaceful garden and charming ambiance, describing the hotel as an oasis in the city. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with attentive service and pleasant settings. However, several guests noted that the rooms and bathrooms were quite small, which is common in Paris but still a drawback for some. Overall, the positives of location, service, and atmosphere outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
