Pros (+) This hotel and its staff were wonderful until the heat wave at which point the A. C. broke for 20 hrs. throughout the hotel EXCEPT the lobby which I quickly discovered that I would just camp out there...
Cons (-) I simply wanted honesty and fairness. Except for 20 brutal hours, I would have rated it excellent.
