Very helpful, friendly staff
Omelette was very nice. Cooked items cold and over cooked
We had sent a special request for early check in and it was confirmed. Room wasn’t ready and we eventually got it at 3 . Not happy. Wallet pickpocketed. staff not helpful. On checkout they demanded we pay for breakfast and city tax. After a lot of hassle and emailing my confirmation to them they didn’t charge me for the breakfast but still had to pay for city tax.
Facilities Exception is the workout area - very good in my opinion. Friendly staff especially front desk. Young man named Paul and a young lady named Sonia made my stay very satisfying. A lady named Thaly at hotel cafe area was also very kind and helpful.
Facilities were a little dated. Rooms, bathroom functionally ok but not exceptional. .
Too much mold in the shower enclosure!
Concierge staff were very helpful giving recommendations for local restaurants, sightseeing advice and booking taxis. Good for transfers from Gare du Nord and Charles de Gaulle. Short walk to RER line B, and other metro stations close by. Good to have a cafe as part of the hotel.
Overpriced for location (quite a walk from Rive Gauche) and facilities eg no swimming pool (I knew this when I booked). Breakfast was fairly standard, get up early if you like bananas :-)
