Avoid Travelodge Pasadena - staff is terrible
My elderly father was locked out of his room and needed his medications which were inside. I found out later that the staff had mocked him and laughed about his plight - while demanding $40 to be let back into his room. Our family was shocked and saddened by this treatment of our father. We will never stay at this hotel and we will be actively urging others to avoid this terrible place.
