Pros (+) Staff was extremely friendly and location of hotel was awesome!
Cons (-) The rooms were not the nicest
Pros (+) The staff is very friendly and provide great service. The housekeeping was responsive by keeping room clean with limited time frames.
Cons (-) Laundry. If you provide laundry, provide the means to pay for it. Either put a change machine in the laundry room or allow the front desk to carry enough coin to provide change. Having to leave the hotel to get change to use the provided laundry is ridiculous. There is no additional cost to provide the service.
Pros (+) It was very nice for the man who sets up breakfast to do it early, so runners could get to the race. It was close enough to walk to places for entertainment and dining.
Cons (-) The hottest during check in was rude and unhelpful. The room was small, smelled terrible and was wet in certain parts of the carpet. The towels were stained and the room has very few accessible outlets.
