Unfortunately, the only delight was the cleanliness of the room. The outside needs to be touched up with paint...very dull outlook. The entire week, the elevator was not working (between businss documents and luggage very inconvenient) no one at front desk upon check out. Overall not pleased...
Hot Breakfast. Very Clean room. Check out was a breeze, and we were given directions to a few of the local attractions.
Pillows were too soft. Although we called and said we would be late getting in due to traffic, they had canceled our room. The check in lady was a little rude due to her having to reissue our room.
