Pros (+) The room was clean and ready at check in time. Staff was polite. I did not need to ask for anything while we were staying here which was nice. Ice machine was old and did not work the best but i went down a floor and got ice, no big deal. The pool was refreshing for the kids and I. It's a small pool but nice to cool off in. Pros (+) Rooms were just fine, not dirty but not above standard.
Cons (-) Breakfast was awful. Facilities are heavily outdated. Location was in the boonies.
Pros (+) Fairly close to the spring training baseball fields that we visited.
Cons (-) I thought the price was way over priced for the hotel. The hotel was loud, dirty and I would never stay there again. Dogs were allowed in rooms and were barking all the time.

Cons (-) Room was dirty. Mold in bathroom, damaged furniture in the room, old food and trash on the floor under the bed.

Cons (-) The bar closes at 9 always, the floors had the same burger splattered across 2 different hallways over a three day stay, the shower would go freezing every minute or so and the towels are only big enough for a smurf. You definetly get what you pay for. Wasn't gonna write a review, but was asked by Kayak 3 different times.
