The location and quaintness of the hotel.
Hospitality tray was poor(not even a biscuit). We stayed in May but it compared unfavourably with our previous stay. In an already poorly soundproofed hotel(which we knew anyway) we were rudely awakened in the middle of the night leading to a guest being evicted.
A very nice hotel - very cental - clean and comfortable. I do espeially like the iron and ironing board in room as well as hairdryer - very handy.
I noticed the tiles etc in the bathroom are getting rather tired and discoloured. clean though.
Reception--Surly,and slow and not interested in us.Poor advert for Ramada. Dining room waiter very attentive and helpful.
Dreich and cold in the reception/lounge/bar area.
The hotel had a very central location & was very easy to find. It was full of character as it is a converted water mill. Would recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again!
Friendly reception & staff generally. Walking distance from attractions of Perth.
Seemed expensive. Our breakfast was extra
Location, friendly staff, nice room with modern facilities
bathroom could have been cleaner
The fact that there is a disabled toilets on the first floor with two flights of steps and no lift or access!!! Limited car park access.
Nice hotel, no capmplaints
Clean room, friendly staff
Room was too warm through the night
