Pros (+) the room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot and the location was close to the airport. Okay value for money as long as you don't really care about customer service
Cons (-) We booked a stay for one night at Sanna Marracoonda because it included a free 24 hour airport shuttle. I called the hotel at 11:30pm, ready to be picked up, and was told to wait outside at a specified post. The staff said "it can take up to half an hour." Waited half an hour and no shuttle. Pros (+) It does the job. Clean and easy and not too pricey. It could be improved if they monitored flights for the free pick up. As rarely would anyone want to make a foreign phone call then wait half an hour. Free Buffet breakfast was ok, but youll be charged $18 for a non-filter coffee and non buffet breakfast. #firstworldproblems
