Pros (+) Pool and clean rooms
Cons (-) Non refundable booking , then holding additional room charge hostage from me to use for over a week after when I booked room i paid 100percent non refundable bill. Won't book something I can not cancel again shame on kayack....raquet

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Coffee was available all day long in the lobby. Nice lounge area in the lobby. Overall, a pleasant stay
Cons (-) The doors to the rooms were extremely heavy. I know this seems insignificant, but they were very hard to open long enough to walk through with your bags, even with someone helping you. Also, my first room smelled like cigarette smoke when I entered. They quickly reassigned my room to fix this issue, though. Also, there is no bar or room service that is available at this hotel.
