Pros (+) The Sofitel in Philadelphia is in a great location. It has beautifully appointed rooms, and the staff are gracious and warm.
Cons (-) Typically, I feel very comfortable in any room I stay in. However this time, the air conditioner didn't work properly, and the shower didn't drain properly. It did dampen my enjoyment of the hotel.
