Pros (+) Sofitel staff was extremely attentive and they helped make my stay especially pleasant. The Concierge made perfect recommendations to restaurants (for both taste and ambiance) nearby that we could walk to, and their bell and valet staff were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

Pros (+) We stay at the Sovitel every time we travel to Philadelphia. They are pet friendly, have a great staff and a very convenient location for shopping or eating. They offer in/out service for parking. Great place to stay and would recommend the Sofitel if you are traveling to Philadelphia.
Pros (+) Having stayed before in a different city, I was really excited to stay at the Sofitel in Philadelphia. Sadly, the luxury hotel failed to provide any kind of world class hospitality that I am used to from this brand.

Cons (-) I wish the breakfast was included during the week. Needing to order breakfast in the morning is very time consuming.

Cons (-) Typically, I feel very comfortable in any room I stay in. However this time, the air conditioner didn't work properly, and the shower didn't drain properly. It did dampen my enjoyment of the hotel.
