Hotel in a great central location. Staff were friendly and room was lovely. Only criticism is that I left my room by midday each day but seems that was too late to have it cleaned.

I did not stay there, they did not provide a room. They provided a pull out sofa bed. They stated they called Kayak and will refund but I was still charged.

Cons (-) The elevator was way to slow. We waited 10 minutes for the elevator at 5 in the morning and almost missed our Uber reservation.

Pros (+) Close to local attractions. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, Franklin Institute, Art Museum, and Love Park. Short drive (15 minutes) to Old City and Penns Landing.
Cons (-) Beds were very firm- uncomfortable, but maybe suitable for others. Rooms are small. You can hear all noise- doors shutting in hall, elevators, guest conversations. Online photos made it look much more luxurious than it actually is.

Cons (-) Valet parking short staffed, chaotic, disorganized, long waits, long car line when we arrived. Decor and ambience not my taste. Lobby is not inviting or calm. Room was hot but with a terrible cold draft near window.
