Cons (-) The toiletries...there is literally no soap. The restaurant has not lactose free milk or any kind of milk besides caw milk

Pros (+) Being a first time traveler to Phnom Penh, I was worried that the photos may be better than reality. Actually, it was much better than I expected. The room was well appointed and well finished with a great shower. The AC worked really well, and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the highlight was definitely the rooftop pool! It was beautifully and uniquely designed and really made me feel lik...
Cons (-) If I HAVE to find a complaint, it would be that non-guests can buy day passes to the pool, making it a bit crowded on the weekend.
