Pros (+) Staff was very nice amd accommodating. Everything was nice and very clean! Would recommend to travelers! Good location close to to Royal Palace, National Museum and Inependence Monument. 3-4$ tuk tuk to Russian Market.
Cons (-) Female only dorms cost more than co-ed dorms. Guys are more often than not the ones that make girls unsafe so girls should not have to pay more to ensure their safety. It should be equal for both genders. You also have to pay $1 USD for a towel which I found strange.
